California Collection

This project is the reminisce of a roadtrip my girlfriend and I set out on along the beautiful California coastline. Leading up to the trip I built a camper shell for my truck from found materials and fence boards, as well as a cabinet where we kept a sand collection from 10 iconic surf spots along the way.

The trip is captured in a wall hung cabinet which displays the sand collection in its glass door, layered adjacent to the shape of the California coast.
